Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to 50% charge of the scheduled service for a late cancellation, which will get charged to the card on file. 

No-shows (failure to be present at the scheduled time) may result in a full charge for the service.

Lab-initiated cancellations (due to weather, equipment failure, etc.) → Full refund or priority rescheduling.
